Bruce D. Judd, FAIA, Principal Emeritus

Bruce’s presence at the national level on the President’s Advisory Council for Historic Preservation, as a Trustee of the National Trust and his advisory roles to Save America’s Treasures and the General Services Administration, brings active involvement in the decision making process within the federal regulatory process on behalf of historic preservation. Bruce has shepherded innumerable important California buildings through the renovation and adaptive reuse process including: Pasadena City Hall, a LEED Gold project; Caltech Linde + Robinson Lab for Global Environmental Science, Riverside’s Mission Inn; and the Conservatory of Flowers in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park. Recently, Bruce served as a Juror for the 2008 Federal Government GSA Design Excellence Awards, including review of a number of courthouse designs, both new buildings and historic renovations.
