ARG is excited to announce we were selected to design the rehabilitation of the Francis Ermatinger House in Oregon City. The house, constructed in 1845, was listed as one of Oregon's Most Endangered Places by the Historic Preservation League of Oregon. Structural deficiencies forced the closure of the building that serves as a historic house museum over a year ago. We look forward to collaborating with the City of Oregon City to rehabilitate the historic Ermatinger House so it can be reopened to the public.
